UNICO ENGINEERING is based at Toranagallu, Bellary Dist., Karnataka, India inorder to cater and provide end- solution to all civil needs of Southern India. Thus, giving a pace to the construction works and faster completion of projects. Our sister concern UNICO CONSTRUCTIONS is also an ISO 9001:2008 certified company having the same expertise and headquartered at Kalyan, Maharashtra, India. UNICO CONSTRUCTIONS have been the masters in civil industry for many decades and have rendered many key projects for the growth towards the fast growing NEW INDIA.
We are well equipped with ultra-modern construction machineries, sufficient manpower to undertake all sort of constructionactivities as per client requirements. All sites are handled by experienced and qualified engineers to ensure optimum results.At our back office, competent staff ensure continuous monitoring of the site activities for the utmost satisfaction of our clients. During the financial year ended 31st March 2018 TO 19, UNICO ENGINEERING and UNICO CONSTRUCTIONS achieved a combined turnover of approx. Rs.18.5 crores excluding the cost of steel and cement which are supplied by the vendors.
We are associated with the giant Jindal Group of Companies since 1996, Nitco Tiles Ltd. since 2003, and are continuing as their preferred as well as trusted civil construction service provider.
We have abundant labour force in-hand to undertake any kind of civil construction activity and can shift to any site location as per client’s requirement since we keep them on permanent basis. Furthermore, we have enrolled the talented and well experienced engineers, supervisors years ago, who are trained periodically for new technology, machinery, test standards and modernization as required by the industry. We have highly qualified advisors under whose guidance and expertise we pursue the execution of works and complete the same within the specified timeframe. We have always an emphatic and determined decision to take up any sort of work, irrespective of quantum or place and execute the project to our client’s utmost satisfaction.
